Our solution for the perfect option between regular grazing boards and a full grazing table is The Catering Board. Each Catering Board arrives at your event fully assembled and includes assorted fresh floral & herbs and greenery.
Catering boards are a beautiful, eye catching display - without the 3+ hours for a whole table set up! They easily serve 25-30+ people. Best yet; clean up is an absolute breeze! Catering boards are disposable and ECO- FRIENDLY. After your event they can be disposed of guilt - free.
Catering boards offer a full charcuterie and artisan cheese assortment with all of the acutrements - a variety of dips and spreads, fresh & dried fruit, nuts, olives, fresh veggies, cornichons, local honey, jam, sweet treats, crackers & bread.
Brunch Catering Boards offer all of the same fresh, delicious options as the brunch boards ~ from Belgium waffles, muffins, croissants, bagels with flavored cream cheeses, pastries, cured meat, soft-boiled eggs, artisan cheeses, tons of fresh, seasonal fruit, whipped butter, jams, local honey and more.
**Full Lox Display ~ with all of the traditional accoutrements including: fresh smoked salmon, shaved red onion, capers, tomatoes, sliced lemons & whipped cream cheese is available for $450.
Includes all Bamboo serving utensils.
Delivery and on-site set up is included. (Please allow 45-60 minutes for set up and arrangement).
